When you’re investing in a home cooling system it’s important to know your investment is protected with an iron-clad warranty. When you purchase a new air conditioner from City Energy, you’re protected with 2 warranties: labour and parts. Get a 10-year warranty air conditioner and receive our 2-year labour warranty covering you from head to toe for any potential repairs.
No matter what brand you choose, you’ll receive a 10-year warranty on all parts for any new air conditioner. Most manufacturers offer a minimum 5-year warranty, but we register your unit immediately with the manufacturer to extend your coverage on all parts for 10 years.
All newer model AC units run extremely well so you’ll likely never have to use your warranty. In the unlikely event, your air conditioning unit has a faulty or defective part, you’ll get the part replaced free of charge, no questions asked.
Our 2-year labour warranty covers you for all repairs and faulty part installations. No matter what problem arises during the first two years we got you covered.
One of the most important aspects of buying a new AC unit is the load performance calculation and the actual installation. When both things are done correctly, there’s no reason for your unit to have any problems-which is why we guarantee labour and cover any repairs for a 2-year period.
Our 5-year extended warranty increases your coverage on labour by more than 3X the length of your standard coverage agreement. You can sleep well at night knowing your air conditioning unit is covered for parts and labour for 7 years in total and you will never need to pay a dime in repairs.
This warranty is only issued under the condition City Energy does all the annual service and maintenance work on your unit. Our approach is that if we’re doing the service, we know your unit will never fail.

When maintained properly, most units will last an average of 15 years without any major problems. However, there is always the chance of things breaking and parts needing replacing-as is the case with any machinery. Your air conditioning unit is no different. It’s impossible to predict the future which is why we offer you peace of mind and coverage for the unexpected.
